Player Eval Tool

Cross-posting from the NFL forum. I stopped using the in game evaluation weights years ago, but still occasionally get asked to update them.

So instead i created a player evaluation tool to help me see players at positions I may want to switch them to that adjusts speed and acceleration based on weight and filters out players that don't meet minimum thresholds: https://nfl.myfootballnow.com/forums/1/2374?page=1
