As an owner of several teams in custom leagues that are frozen because we dont have enough owners, I find it frustrating that those leagues were created by someone but the league admin is all but absent in the league.

I took over league admin duties for the XFL league when the league creator quit. As league admin, I actively post in the forums and try my best to enhance the league and keep owners engaged. I have successfully brought the league back from the dead and now have only one (1) opening. It is my goal to have the league full and I'm looking for an owner that can take a project team that was AI run and turn them into a contender. If you are up to the challenge, come join us.

The team is 6-8, elimanated from the playoffs this season but has zero dead cap next season and a full compliment of picks (21) over the next three seasons. The team has a nice rookie QB that needs to develop and a stud 90+ speed RB on offense. They also have a stud MLB and a couple of good defensive backs.

The team definately has some key players to build around and as we wrap up this season, you can get a jump start on the off season.

They are in a decent cap situation, have 20 draft picks over the next 3 years minus a 7th in the upcoming draft. They have an above average QB, a stud TE and WR with a well rounded defense and quality starter at every OL spot. They went 11-5 and were a wildcard team before my team bounced them from the playoffs. This is a team up and coming that needs very little effort to make into a championship level team.

The second team is San Fransico. This team went 4-12 and will need some work to make them a contender. With that being said, they should be in the top 5 picks of the draft and have all 21 picks over the next 3 years. The cap situation is OK and the team has a 2nd year QB to build around. They also have a stud 90+ speed WR in his prime with 2 big run stopping DTs, a great rookie LB and a great SS to build around on the defense.
