to the best of my knowledge it stems from the offensive coordinator Hines has a different approach. His mother hails from a small village where voodoo and mind manipulation has been practised for generations. From the best our scouts can tell there is a small meeting where they have created a small grass hut inside the training facility where in the weekly planning meeting the OC will carefully lick the back of the Dart frogs and meditate. This gives then uncanny insight into the opponents mind where Rodney Hines takes every advantage. It isn't illegal but questionable when considering game ethics.
