I have 1 newbie owner wanting in but I'm reluctant because the league is full of snipers.

I've decided on a date for the allocation draft and it may look way different.

I've opened up the keague to whoever wants to join. We still need 7 owners and I've ran out of owners to invite.

25 solid owners with experience isn't bad so 7 owners will have to do the best they can.
