For the Cavs, 22 up (+50) and 19 down (-55), so pretty much broke even.

Got booms where needed on offense, not as much on defense. Question will be if everyone can get off the Homer Simpson diet and down to weight, only time will tell.

1-29 DB Earl Patterson +2 68 vol: AI got this pick and it seems like I should have let them take the wheel afterwards. 96 speed DB with great M2M and hopefully his Punish/B&R will improve to make him a real coverage threat. Hopefully our backend can hold up better now.

2-29 WR Richard Boyce -16 100 vol: Huge bust and probably instant cut since he has no skills anywhere that would make him of service. Big miss for an offense that wanted to add another top playmaker.

3-29 WR Adam Farrell -4 68 vol: Another bust but luckily not as bad. Top tier speed and what will probably be slightly less than average overall stats means he should make the roster but will likely not get another contract or be more than a depth piece.

4-29 DB Steven Lemon -7 78 vol: Wow another bust. Luckily his skills didn't crater too bad and while his speed is not as much as we would like, this early in a league's lifetime there are no other options to take his roster. Should be a decent depth piece but getting a second contract and seeing it through will be difficult.

6-29 OL Kevin Merrill -30 100 vol: Not upset about missing out on him, but would have been the start of really building quality depth across the OL.

7-29 DL Joshua Lyman -9 100 vol: Likely wasn't going to make the roster regardless given his intangibles but depending how hard he boomed he could have changed positions and been successful given he was a 100 vol and had the 7th round boost.

Overall an alright draft given Patterson boomed, but really would have liked to add another piece to the offense somewhere.

Had to switch my 1st round CB to RB to have any kind of use for him... King of the busts!

1.5 CB Joe Marrs Vol: 6 +19/-1 Now 64/88

Fills a big hole on my defense. The QBOTF will have to wait, but he just wasn't there. Maybe some other teams would have rather taken this guy.

1.18 RB Wesley Prince Vol: 86 +5/-3 Now 43/72

I originally tried to make a WR out of him, because I needed one so badly. After he busted, I moved him back to RB, since he will be a benchwarmer at best.

3.6 DT Kevin Willis Vol: 100 +9/+7 Now 54/85 Now 43/62

A yawner pick turned out to be really good. My run defense needed a lot of help.

4.5 FB Joshua Perlman Vol: 50 +11/+3 Now 44/79

Sigh, if only he could be faster. Given the lack of receiving talent, my pass protection will need to be a lot better.

5.7 QB John Allison Vol: 100 +8/+6 Now 43/62

It sure hurt to see a lot of sexy quarterbacks come and go. Accuracy will always be a problem for him, but at least he won't stink out loud.

5.18 K Cortez Munsey Vol: 96 +2/-6 Now 43/70

Now that I am being forced to play field position, I will need a better kicker. I will keep taking potshots at this until I succeed.

6.6 RT Henry Martin Vol: 34 +8/+2 Now 52/79

I have gone from being glad that linemen don't count in 4.6 to being sad.

7.5 TE William McClellan Vol: 90 +7/+5 Now 37/61

This afterthought almost made himself worthwhile. Well, maybe it wasn't that close, but it sure could have been a lot worse.

The lack of receiving talent will hold me back for a long time. I am making progress, but it will be hard to get better than average until I can score.

Not the greatest but have a couple Oline that will stick
